Advertising
Posting a topic or replying with a post that contains links to other sites, with the intention of stealing traffic or grabbing users is not permitted. This includes links to other forums, off site tournaments, etc. The following list of advertisements are permitted:

• Linking to a news article or editorial
• Linking to a video or VOD
• Linking to another websites discussion, as long as the intention is informational

However, there is one caveat to this. You may place links and banners in your forum signatures as the only means of advertisement. If you have questions about these limitations, feel free to message an admin.

Limitations
All users that interact on the forums will have certain limitations. These limitations are in place to ensure a more friendly and productive forum. If your account is flagged, restrictions will increase -- if you are an active forum poster your limitations will decrease. The following limitations apply for all users:

• Topics per hour: 3
• Posts per hour: 10
• Time between topics: 5 minutes
• Time between posts: 60 seconds
• System disables double posting in certain forums

Search First
Please use the search feature before creating a new topic. There is a good chance that the topic you wish to create already exists, instead of creating a whole new topic just add your own reply to an existing topic.

Code of Conduct
The following list of items are NOT permitted on these forums. Failure to abide these will result in the flagging or banning of your user account. When flagged, your users accounts restrictions will either double or triple (flood control, posts per hour, etc).

• Flaming - Insulting, racism, sexism, harassment, etc
• Spamming - Posting in a large quantity with no relevance to the topic(s)
• Trolling - Causing trouble with controversial or irrelevant posts, purposefully posting to incite anger/grief in another user
• Threadomancy - Reopening a topic after the discussion is long finished
• Advertising - No marketing your sites, projects, etc with external links (more information above)
• Derailing - Do not intentionally bring a thread off topic
• Explicit Content - Do not post pornography, hacking links/downloads, links to inappropriate sites, etc

No Virus, Trojans or Warez
Posting links to and / or information about cheats, hacks, virus, trojans, warez and otherwise illegal content is prohibited. If this happens you will be banned.
