New campaign unit - Diamondback Tank

There's a new unit called the diamondback tank available for single player mission. There's no information out there on what this is or what this does? Anyone got any inside information on them?
EDIT: Diamondbacks are rattlesnakes right? Could this tank be using the same model as the cobra?

They are fast moving hovercraft vehicles if they are ones I think they are.
