| I'm pretty sure they are lying. You can't use units unlocked in a later mission in an earlier mission. You can only use what you have unlocked at that moment. |

| Updated the OP with a few screenshots of the new design. The screenshots are taken out of photoshop so it hasn't been implemented yet, still tweaking it -- but it's about 90% custom design by me. |
