Oh and a note, this one part is told from the viewpoint of the Lieutenant, if anyone didn't know.
_______________________________________________________________ The peaceful Isle retained its calm serenity even as troops hustled through the hovering bridges from platform to platform, clad in the white armor that distinguished them from others. Defense Turrets on the planet had been erected from their long sleep in the armory in the caves below to planetary ocean of healing fluid that housed brilliant colored coral reefs. I observed it with a peaceful sense of awe as I watched the place through the transparent shield that kept away the vacuum as I descended down to the gold circular platforms via high speed elevators attaching the battle-ring around the planet, which was clearly visible even in the beautiful yellow daylight that bathed the place. The lights blinked as if they were the always absent stars in the sky, blocked by the system shield, to the place below. It was a resort designed by the master mind of the galaxy after all. I looked to my left to watch the others transcend down to the planet by other elevators and transports. I could almost hear the hum of the Gunships repulsorlift engines ferrying more troops down to be refreshed by the healing waters. The elevator began to stop in the slightest of ways so I couldn't even fell the usual nudge of seventrical force as it came to a stop at the main series of platforms. I stepped onto the smooth gold pavement and was met by a new clone, his armor flashed as if it had been freshly made. "Soldier, why do you approach me?" I asked in the calmest voice I could express through my helmet, which also blocked my peripheral vision. This was the first time I had ever had the thought of removing my helmet cross my mind. I actually wanted to see more of this world before I left again. "Lieutenant! The High command wishes your presence at the main castle." the clone said quickly before dashing off to help to others carry a turret to it's destination. I raised an eyebrow in my helmet. Why would High Command need to see me? They never need to see anyone. Ignoring the thought I continued down the "road" as I would call it. Though it was more of extremely wide suspension bridge though it lacked the ropes to support it, merely held up by the magnificent glowing crystals embedded into the side railing. Finally I reached the main castle, and it was a splendor to behold. At least thirteen high towers protruded from the main base, and supported by the towers was a huge levitating Sky-hook. I took my helmet off the absorb the massive amount of beauty at this deceptively simple building. The walls were smooth and every bend and curve was almost as if angels had carved it. The windows were mad of plasma and radiated a beautiful rosy glow that seemed to put one to sleep. Taking a deep breath, I tore my gaze from the beauty before me and forced myself to walk forward into the main gate. The huge gates opened effortlessly as if push by a strong breeze. It was slow but steady. I gulped down my sudden nervousness about entering a place of such grand design, and continued. Taking the first step from the golden pavement to the luminescent glowing marble was almost like stepping from a bed of soft feathers to a bed of rusty needles. But eventually it had to be done and I took it. A warm tingling sensation rushed up from my leg up to every hair on my head. I continued onto a small gold circle which began humming the second I stepped on. It was invigorating to feel the soft vibration course through my armor. Then it lurched upward bringing me eye to eye with the council in the high terrace on the rotating Sky hook. "Where's the Grand Admiral?" I asked staring at the council of clones and droids. "He's the reason we called you here." the Major answered from behind his customized Mandalorian helmet. "I, I don't understand, what happened to him." I replied, my voice breaking from what might have happened to my old squad mate. "He never made it back from the Station nor any of the escaped ships." Commodore Grind replied. "Statement: The only logical calculations shows that he is dead. We have chose you to succeed him as. You have proved to us that you are effective in both space and land combat. Good under pressure and a headstrong leader that inspires greatness in his troops." the Droid General answered. "What!? I thought the Vice-Grand Admiral made it back!" I replied in pure shock. "He did. But he resigned from his position to oversee the construction of the new underwater cloning facility." the Major said calmly, "You will assume the title of Grand-Admiral of the Grand Resistance Army and choose a vice. You have currently no choice in the matter." "Statement: Delta 1145 will assume the role as luietenant. There will be no further discussion." the General replied, "You are dismissed." ________________________________________________________________ My sincere thanks to anyone whom is still reading my stories. |

The Eta-2 Interceptor landed on a deserted moon, in orbit of Artousi. Shadow stepped out of the starfighter and looked at the planet's massive cities. Shadow remembered that his master had told him that this moon breamed with psionically attuned metal.
He looked around the ground and saw that there was an abandoned mining equipment, even a few dead bodies. Shadow looked behind him, something didn't like the ore being taken. Shadow entered one of the mine entrances and found a cart full of the metal, ready to be taken topside. Pulling it back, the wheels groaned loudly. Shadow stopped and listened. A clicking sound echoed up from the depths of the cavern. Shadow pulled the cart again and pulled it around ten feet. A roar resonated from the depths and a pater of feet could be heard coming towards the mouth. Shadow ran into the open and waited. From the shadows of the mine, four creatures emerged. They reeked of rotten flesh and were covered in blood and slime. The creatures were hunched over, their long arms held them up to Shadow's height. The creatures were blind, from what Shadow could tell, because they didn't have eye sockets. One creature stood straight up, Shadow watched in horror as the creature loomed over him at at least fourteen feet. The creatures approached the area they last heard Shadow, who was slowly backing up without making a sound. Shadow was still looking at his enemies, searching for their qualities. They had long talons and a large mouth that gaped open because their teeth were so long. The creatures had long cuts in their flesh, obviously from were they scratch themselves, they also had flesh hanging from their mouths that dripped blood. Shadow determined that the creatures sharp teeth dig into their mouth. As Shadow was backing a way, he hit and fell over a piece of mining equipment. The four creatures turned in his direction. To Shadow's surprise, the creatures lifted stalks that draped over their heads, which had eyes on them. Seeing their quarry, the creatures roared in excitement. Shadow lifted himself from the ground and ignited his psi blades. One creature charged, Shadow ran forward and sidestepped the creature. As it legs went by, Shadow swept with his blade and cut one of its hind legs off. The creature slammed into the ground and slid forward a few feet. In anger the other three ran forward and attacked. Shadow knelt down and pushed himself into a psionic high jump, leaping over the charge. Shadow landed and rolled away. Disengaging his blades, he pulled his revolvers. The injured creature still was laying on the ground whimpering. Shadow loaded a incinderary round into his revolver and shot it at the creatures head. Once hit the round exploded, ripping the creature apart. Shadow, still with his revolvers drawn looked around. The other creatures were nowhere to be found. Walking around carefully, he watched all around him. All of a sudden, a long arm struck Shadow in the side and threw him a good five feet. Both of his revolvers flew out of his hands. Shadow landed on his back, looking at where he was struck he saw one creature lifting itself from the sand that he had been standing on. Below him, another creature lurched and sent him flying. Landing on his stomach, Shadow got up quickly. One creature began to approach him and cornered him against a stone wall. The creature pushed aside an empty cart as it got closer. Shadow reached telepathically and grabbed that same cart, using it he slammed it into the creature, knocking it off of its feet. With a final blow, Shadow lifted the cart into the air and slammed it down onto the creature. Underneath the cart, Shadow could hear the creature gurgle as it breathed its last. Shadow ran with the help of psionics to get back to the open, springing a trap from one of the ceatures. The creature lurched forward but missed the fast Terran. Shadow jumped into the air and turned around. While still in the air, he placed a psionic storm into the body of the creature. But he didn't hear the last creature behind him. Shadow felt something grab him and threw him into the face of a rock wall. Dazed, Shadow lay on the ground with blood oozing from his back from the wounds the sharp talons inflicted. He slowly stood up, the two creatures began to approach, with caution. The smaller creature's flesh was burned from the electricity that Shadow forced into the thing. He looked around and noticed that there was metals everywhere. Reaching out to the burned creature, Shadow magnetically charged the it. Slowly, pieces of metal stuck to the creature until the charge was increased. A large boulder flew towards the two creatures, slamming the uninjured one first before crushing the other. Objects still flew towards the charged creature, some hitting the other. The last creature stood up to its full height and was almost upon Shadow. Pulling his last two revolvers, Shadow shot at the creature's long thin body. The rounds went right through the creature, breaking bones and shredding organs. The creature still lumbered closer. Shadow's eyes widened, but just before it could strike it fell backwards and grunted. Sticking from its face was a spear, made of bone. Another creature lept from above and grabbed the spear and continued to stab the downed beast. Before Shadow could move, the new being turned around. It was covered in the thick blood of the slain beast. "Who are you, strange being?" The new being croaked. The new creature looked like a lizard, but its upper body was covered in hair and bony spines. It's tail was tipped with a glistening barb like a scorpion. "My name is Shadow, I am a Terran." The boy said. "Why do you come here?" The being asked. It pulled out its spear and approached with it pointed at Shadow's heart. "I am here for some of the metal, only a small amount. I wish not to harm anything. I am trying to build a base to ward off a galactic enemy." Shadow said in defense. As the creature got closer, its bright yellow eyes went wide. "Your hurt!" It croaked in surprise. "It's nothing, just a scratch from one of the creatures." Shadow said. "Balrak talons are deadly. They have deadly poison in them. You come with me!" The creature croaked and began to climb the cliff wall. Shadow followed it up. For around an hour they walked. Shadow couldn't tell how long they were walking, his eyes swam and his mind was out of focus. The only thing that kept him walking was the creature taking him by the hand and pulling him along. Shadow hazily remembers entering a village and going into a hut in the center of it before he passed out. Not soon after, Shadow came to with a shock. He could feel a large needle piercing his skin, extremely painful. Shadow couldn't help but cry out in pain and have tears stream down his face. A dirtcrusted, foul smelling root was presented to him and he bit down on it. "Hush." A female voice croaked, with the softness he remembered in his mother's voice. After a few more excruciating moments, the needle stopped biting into his back. The creature hurried out of the room. Not a second later, another creature entered. The creature hovered over Shadow. A flask was opened and a cold liquid was poured onto his back, which quickly began to burn the freshly mended wounds. Shadow could feel rough slimy hands run up and down his back. Holding himself from shuddering, Shadow layed still. Next he felt hot wax being dripped over the sutures. When that creature was done, it blew out the candle and went to exit. "You sleep now." It rasped, then shut the door. Shadow heard the door lock and then spit the foul tasting root from his mouth. He knew not where he was and what the creatures planned to do with him. But he lay still and tried to rest.

Great job, boys. XD A question: I just started reading this fanfic, and noticed Tiberium, Droidekas and this. So, in which universe is this fanfic happening? Command and Conquer, StarWars, StarCraft, or a mixture of them all? ![]() ![]() |

It is a giant mixture. We are in the StarCraft Universe, but Prelate's character brought clones and droids from the Star Wars Universe by using warp gates and such, you would have to ask Prelate for details. But I have designed my characters within the StarCraft Universe. Fredrick is a super-psionic Terran (or Shadow, as I refer to him as of right now), KnightSpector is a very powerful Protoss, and the Blood Wraiths are servants of KnightSpectors that were created by the Xel'Naga.

Well all of these tings are due to Prelate being a mass collector. He has stolen plans for battle droids and clones in (And Jango Fett's armor blueprints) 24 BBY and in 5,000, BBY he visited the Neo-Madlarorian Crusaders and stocked up on their special iron alloy by mind controlling a factory of them. He led the galactic rebellion against the Scrin and stolen hundreds of pounds of ichor from the tiberium hub to power his lab after the Scrin Empire fell in 2430 and after that the UED(or there precursors) salvaged interplanatary engines =) (At least in my universe) And I will soon to include even more extra-franchise things such as aliens and Predators, Starship Troopers, Halo (Forerunners being freinds of the Xel'Naga.) and more =) |

Could there be anymore things that you can pile on? Good grief, I never thought that every sci-fi movie would be thrown together. What's next? Arnold fighting Arnold, from Terminator and Conan? That would be a interesting fight though. The Teletubbies would be owned. HEHEHEHE

A loud sound brought Shadow out of his light sleep. Sunlight was streaming into the little room he still was locked up in.
Looking around, Shadow noticed that his armor had been cut away from his body, destroying it. 'I'm going to have to build new armor soon,' he thought to himself. Hearing a creak, Shadow laid back down on his stomach. The heavy lock turned and the door opened. A small creature walked in, long black hair came from its head and its spines were silver. "Mend good?" It croaked with a soft female voice. "Yes, thank you." Shadow replied. The creature placed a tray on the floor and then left, locking the door behind it. Shadow got up and lifted the tray from the floor. On the tray were various berries and slabs of raw meat. Shadow picked up the berries and took a bite, it had a strong, bitter taste. Looking up, he noticed in the crack of the door, a large yellow eye peered in to watch him. To please his 'hosts,' Shadow ate all of the berries and the tough raw meat. When he was about to set the tray onto the ground, the door unlocked and opened. The creature from the night before entered. "You are a Terran, right?" It croaked. "Yes, I am." Shadow responded, confused. "Then tell me why I shouldn't kill you right now!" It demanded, pressing its tail barb against Shadow's throat. "I haven't done anything against you. I did not come here to dishonor you or kill. I have just come to perform a small task and leave." Shadow said, controlling his voice. "You lie! You work for the Artousians, you are here to make us suffer. I know your kind." The creature hissed. "No, I do not work with the Artousians. I work for a Protoss, KnightSpector Antioch." Shadow said, gulping painfully against the *****ling tail barb. "I know of no such creature, you will die if you do not speak the truth." It croaked. "If you want to kill me, then why did you treat me after you saved me from the Balrak?" Shadow dared to ask. "Because I thought you were different. But under your skin you are all the same, corrupt. Wishing to hurt my kind for the benefit of yours." It responded, batting away it's doubts. "I respect your culture. I am not here to use you or your kind. Please understand this." Shadow said, pushing the barb aside with no resistance. "That's what they told us, before they convienantly changed their minds." The creature croaked, Shadow thought he heard pain in its voice. "Tell me what happened here." Shadow said softly. "I will share our story," the creature croaked. "But you are not going to like it." ---- To be continued ----

Does Zeratul get senile, mistake Zasz for a cerebrate, and murders him? That would be awesome.

LOL I don't know. He could, but that would be up to Prelate.
Though I am wondering what happened to Zasz, he has made an appearance in the Academy yet. Prelate, where is Zasz in the Academy? He hasn't appeared, yet. Unless he is one of the contestants in the tournament.
