I dunno. I don't really think it's a bu or glitch, just my computer's lack of SP3. Besides it's no big deal, I don't see it much. I might in the future though...

In theory, yes. Archons in Starcraft were floaty so they didn't set off spider mines. I don't know whether or not that's true in SC II

I would assume your PC's lack of service pack 3 has something to do with this problem, but that's just my very uneducated guess. Oh, and, "OMG SC2 runs without Service pack 3?!?!?"

The attack animation isn't entirely invisible but it is lacking. There are only a few rays of electricity but there is no shining blue energy nor any "splash" effect when it hits the target. Also, although the shiny blue ball is not visible, there is a "haze" all around him, much like the one coming out of the gas geysers. Here is a bigger version. Maybe theres a file in some beta folder directory thing where they store all the models/effects etc. and theres a archon effect and its missing maybe people with beta can get this too by deleting it rofl I still don't have beta so wutever. |

It looks so awesome like that when it's shooting! You should definitely upload these pictures to the screenshot section.
About your computer problem, I noticed that all of the things that didn't show up were the Archon's energy of fire. It probably has to do with the fact that they are unformed and not solid. |
